Driven by passion
With almost 30 years of international experience, Damon is a co-founding partner and CEO of METICULOUS Design Architecture, where he leads the creation of transformative civic, healthcare, educational, and cultural environments across the United States and abroad. He spent 14 years living and working in Abu Dhabi, UAE, contributing to landmark projects across the Middle East and gaining a global perspective that continues to shape his approach to design, leadership, and community impact.
Beyond architecture, Damon’s personal brand reflects a life intentionally designed from the inside out. He is a prolific author currently writing several books that span generations and life stages, including:
